I couldn’t agree with this more. I use to be really good at it. Thinking it, talking about it but never really consistently do what I needed to do. Just dreaming and desiring it isn’t enough. The whole “ask the universe for what you want and you’ll receive because you really believe it,” ummm…it only works if you do what’s required of you. We HAVE to DO, EVERY SINGLE DAY. It’s tough. That’s why so many people are accepting an OK life instead of a great life.
Watch this video. It’s one of my favorites. She knows what she’s talking about.
The word “FINE.” I never really looked at it the way Mel describes. I get it. And she’s 100% right about the going back to bed when my alarm clock goes off. I snooze so freaken much. The first 3 seconds are the worst. Once I’m up, I’m good. This goes for everything that I have to do. In the beginning it sucks. I just don’t wanna do it. But once I get into it, I’m good. After I’m done, I feel accomplished. I feel good.
I push myself even more now. I think I’ve found a pretty good rhythm, a good balance. I have tons of things I can stress over about right now but I won’t. I gave it some of my time, yes. But that’s all it gets. I can control my mental state. I can control my emotions. I can control my actions. I choose the positive, the go getter, the doer women. Yep 🙂
Hope you find some enlightenment in this as I did.
