You know how people always say if you think positive, good things will come to you? That’s actually true in a lot of cases. If you are a positive person, you usually attract positive people. Charming people have tons of friends don’t they?

I’ve learned, when it comes to business, it works a little different, especially in the entrepreneur and MLM world. Unfortunately positive thinking alone isn’t going to get you the results you would like. Yes, being positive is a very important mindset you must have. But that alone will not bring you the cash flow that you would like.

Being a successful entrepreneur largely comes down to one thing…ENERGY.

What I mean by that is this…

It takes ENERGY to create success.  It takes energy to do the things you need to do on a daily basis that are going to result in cash flow for your business.  It takes energy to be able to overcome obstacles, rise above challenges, endure defeats, and the many other things any successful entrepreneur will have to do over the course of their business.

Without energy, you won’t be able to achieve what success requires. Entrepreneurship takes energy, lots of energy.

We must OPERATE at our peak potential. So this means we need to do our best to nurture ourselves in every way possible. Do you think you will be able to operate at your best if you are angry or sad all the time? If you’re not sleeping and eating right, how much energy will you have to complete what is needed day after day? Sorry my friends, just with positive thinking and wishing alone will not do the trick.

We can’t go around feeling negative, feelings that drain us of our energy and expect to be able to do more work than the person next to us competing for that new distributor.

We can’t expect someone to sign up with us if we get on the phone and feel low energy, or scared, or anxious…and then they get on the phone with some competition that is confident, cool, and unattached.

It’s going to be a losing battle over and over if you don’t change your mindset.

It first all comes from within. How we feel about ourselves. Who are you and what is your purpose?

Is it money? And then some more money? Well if that’s your biggest purpose, then you might have a problem. Money shouldn’t be the core basis of what is on your mind everyday. Because if it is, every NO that comes your way will hurt you more than it should. You’ll advertise yourself in a way that portrays you as desperate. This my friends is not how you want to be seen.

Your focus should start with you. Self development is crucial. You have to find who you are and allow yourself to grow into something greater…the person you were meant to be.

Look at the people around you; do you want to be where they are? If not, then maybe it’s time to start making some new friends. Find Like minded individuals who will help guide you to where you want to be. Go to workshops and seminars. Read all the books that will help develop you. If you don’t like to read there are audios and videos that are just as great. Find mentors who have done it, who have the knowledge to help you. You must work hard, not for someone else, but to add value to yourself.

You must be at a place where you love that person in the mirror. You have to see all the good in you and no that you are capable of great things. Those who say you can’t, those who tell you you’re stupid for following your dreams, dismiss them. They are dream stealers. Their fears and doubts shouldn’t hold you back.  Believe in you enough to step outside of the box. Take the chance and be different.

My favorite line, “you have one life, live your best life” Marc Anthony. I truly live by that.

So go for it! Change your mindset. You must start there. When you do, you’ll get this feeling of empowerment. And empowerment feeds energy. You’ll have the energy to write articles, make videos, and call prospects all day long. You will have as much energy as you need to do all the ‘mechanics’ of building a business because you have tapped into the unlimited power that is already inside of you as we speak. It just takes effort, you deserve to have a happy and fulfilled life, so why not? It’s worth it, isn’t it?

I can ramble on for days lol, but ultimately it’s up to you. Hopefully I’ve shed some light :O)
