Health and fitness have always been a part of my life. I’m not diehard though. I get into moments where I’m working out daily for a couple of hours…juicing and eating great. Then I fall off and stop. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ Never for long periods of time though. As soon as I start noticing my face filling out, I put a stop to it 🤭 I’m not extremely disciplined but I am aware. I never let it get too far out of hand. Losing 10 pounds is way easier than losing 30.
