This is such an eye-opening article.
Following your passion is like the ultimate bullshit. I agree. Why? I’ve lived it.
It isn’t that black and white. Following your passion really is great for the soul. If your passion happens to support the lifestyle you want, you are blessed. Although for many, it doesn’t always work out.
What you should do first…
Stop worrying. You never, ever have to give up your passions. What you do have to do is support yourself. There are alternatives to your passions. What else are you good at?
Write them down.
Now how can you incorporate them in the money-making world? Continue reading “You Shouldn’t Follow Your Passion”
I’m sure I’ve talked about this plenty of times. In many posts, using different words and scenarios. haha Like the title states…The Forever Balancing Game of Life.
I was scrolling through my IG feed. All walks of life there. Famous to normal humans.
We all live so different yet so the same. We all want to show the world a part of us. A piece of who we are. Life in 2019 seems to be defined through social media. I’m right there in the middle. I share, but not everything. Finding a balance is hard. We live in a time where there is so much available to us. So many things competing for our attention.

Sega and Nintendo were cool but it didn’t beat hanging outside and climbing on the rooftop of our apartment building. Continue reading “The Forever Balancing Game of Life”
I hope that you let go…
Let go of mistakes you made. Maybe you reacted badly and hurt someone. Maybe you had a little too much to drink one night and screwed up your presentation the next morning. Maybe you failed an exam or cheated on your boyfriend. As troubling as it may have been for you...you royally fucked up…forgive yourself and let go. We can’t change what’s been done.
Let go of him or her that leaves you feeling lonely more than loved. If someone wholeheartedly loves you, they wouldn’t leave your texts unanswered. They wouldn’t make excuses. If someone really wanted you, trust me dear…they would be with you. Let that loneliness go because you are worthy of authentic, true love.
Let go of friends that you once loved but grew apart from. Not everyone is destined to travel the same roads. As you evolve, things around you will change.
Let go of the thought that things stay the same. Nothing…stays the same.
